Synopsis:
Grim Reaper Charley Davidson is back in Eleventh Grave in Moonlight, the latest installment of Darynda Jones’ New York Times bestselling paranormal series.
My entire life can be summed up in one sentence:
“Well, that didn’t go as planned.”
―T-Shirt
A typical day in the life of Charley Davidson involves cheating husbands, errant wives, missing people, philandering business owners, and, oh yeah…demons, hell hounds, evil gods, and dead people. Lots and lots of dead people. As a part time Private Investigator and full-time Grim Reaper, Charley has to balance the good, the bad, the un-dead, and those who want her dead.
Now, Charley is learning to make peace with the fact that she is a goddess with all kinds of power and that her own daughter has been born to save the world from total destruction. But the forces of hell are determined to see Charley banished forever to the darkest corners of another dimension. With the son of Satan himself as her husband and world-rocking lover, will Charley be able to defeat the ultimate evil and find a way to have her happily ever after after all?

*I was fortunate enough to be able to have received an early copy via Netgalley.

I've been in love with the Son of Satan since 2011. Whoops, I mean the Charley Davidson series!

I can see why Charley is in love with Reyes Alexander Farrow, Son of Satan, aka the hottest damn devil alive! After reading Darynda's latest edition to the Charley Davidson series, the only thought I had was WHEN IS THE NEXT ONE OUT?! I loved every part of this book except the ending! Oh my goodness, my mind is in overdrive with contemplation over how the next book in the series will go. I won't give anything away so no worry on spoilers, but I will say by the end of Eleventh Grave in Moonlight, agonizing withdrawals for the next in the series awaits you. Don't let this stop you from grabbing your copy today, the agony was oh so worth it.

*New Adult Paranormal Romance - Contains sexual situations*

Review

Much like the first book in the Crescent Chronicles series Focus is sure to blow you away. Flight, (the first book in the series), was an adventurous journey into Allie Davis s life. In Focus, Alyssa Rose Ivy manages to capture perfection in this endearing, well worth your time, and jaw-dropping sequel. You can't help but be enraptured with Allie's snarky sense of humor and Levi's unrelenting cockiness, with all the events that are revealed. I will say that at the ending of the book there is a big shocking surprise with one of the characters. Ultimately this book deserves an A+ for my mind officially being blown away, but what else can you expect from an author who has a way with words. The newly anticipated sequel in the Crescent Chronicles, Found, is sure to blow us all away on July 16th.

Half blood vampire princess Sophia Daletsky has spent the last eight months running from her oppressive and cruel Brother and her love sick ex, when she comes upon the sleepy little town of Maldera Springs where she finds a secret that’s been hidden for years from her people. Sophia must decide between saving herself, listening to her heart, or protecting what’s been safely hidden and protected by the sexy, secretive, and stoic vampire brothers Tavian and Dante Baikov.

Review

So this book was an awesome. This is a vampire paranormal romance. In my opinion what makes this an interesting book is that it is not a vampire romance cliche. The main character Sophia is a half-blood vampire. She is the daughter of the original vampire, who turns out to be Cain from the bible. So that makes her royalty among vampires.. She has a sadistic vampire brother and he is after a human Sophia befriends. Sophia ends up befriending two vampires named Dante and Tavian. The romance comes into effect with Sophia and Dante. Sophia's brother isn't the only problem that is going on. Dante's and Tavian's vampire sire has come back for Dante. There is other information I would give you from the book but you have to read it if you want to know more. This isn't just present time information, there are parts where Sophia talks about her past too.I love Sophia as a character. She isn't one of those female main characters who just waits around to be saved.

This is such an enjoyable book and it is a series. When I read this, I was sucked into the book. I totally recommend this book. It is an awesome read and I think that it should be given a chance. If you do hope you enjoy it and happy reading.
